What you’ll do
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of global headcount, compensation, and benefits planning processes and reporting.
- Partner closely with Human Resources to align talent planning, compensation strategies, and benefits forecasting with financial goals.
- Provide insightful analysis on workforce trends, labor costs, and organizational design to drive better business decisions.
- Deliver ROI and payback analyses to support strategic initiatives and workforce-related investments.
- Support the continuous planning process by enhancing forecasting tools and improving data accessibility.
- Perform variance and trend analysis across workforce and business metrics to support ongoing performance improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business units and shared services to lead effective planning discussions and drive accountability.
- Contribute to international FP&A planning efforts and enterprise-wide financial strategy.
- Communicate financial insights clearly and confidently to senior executives, helping to shape both short- and long-term decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven, relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, or other enterprise planning tools is a plus.
- Background in workforce planning, labor cost modeling, or people analytics is strongly preferred.

- This role can be worked from any U.S. remote location.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
