The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in sustaining accurate, consistent, and billing-ready contract data within Infor LN. This position blends ERP functional expertise with cross-functional collaboration, ensuring contract records reflect executed agreements and support clean financial workflows. The analyst ensures proper structure, timely modifications, and correct deliverable configuration while providing governance checks that support billing and revenue cycles. This role is ideal for someone who excels at system-heavy financial operations, understands contract lifecycles, and enjoys driving accuracy, clarity, and operational efficiency across multiple departments.

Essential Functions

  • Enter and maintain contract headers, CLINs, business partner associations, terms, and modifications in Infor LN.
  • Ensure real-time visibility of contract status (active, modified, closed) and maintain audit-ready documentation links.
  • Configure hardware and non-hardware deliverables so demand, shipping, and billing flow without manual intervention.
  • Confirm that contract setup aligns with executed agreements and drives correct ERP behavior.
  • Perform targeted checks on contract, deliverable, and billing structures to ensure downstream accuracy.
  • Identify mapping, configuration, or structural gaps and coordinate root-cause corrections with the Governance team.
  • Support pre-close readiness by validating that contract updates are complete ahead of revenue and billing cycles.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for LN Contracts workflows across Finance Governance, Contracts, Program teams, Supply Chain, Accounting, and IT.
  • Partner on requirements tied to funding, deliverables, billing plans, and close-cycle readiness.
  • Track and communicate modification timing and ERP impacts, ensuring billing and revenue work isn’t delayed by upstream issues.
  • Maintain SOPs, job aids, and quick-reference checklists for LN contract setup and modification workflows.
  • Support targeted training to reduce reliance on tribal knowledge and strengthen system discipline.
  • Recommend small, high-impact improvements (reports, validations, templates) that enhance contract data integrity.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Security Clearance-Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Strong understanding of contract structures, CLINs, deliverables, and billing dependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot ERP behavior and collaborate across Finance and operational teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced dynamic organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skill

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is preferred.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, program finance, contracts, or ERP data operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Infor LN or a comparable ERP, ideally with Contracts modules.
