The Finance Associate supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis to help the business make informed decisions. This role assists with budgeting, management reporting, and financial analysis while helping identify opportunities to improve business performance.
What You Will Work On
- Serve as a strategic business partner across our three entities, providing financial insights to drive cross-departmental integration, operational alignment, and consistent reporting.
- Contribute to financial reporting and analysis across three entities, helping maintain consistent reporting and alignment between departments.
- Assist leadership with analysis related to pricing, customer health, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Technology team by tracking project lifecycles and assisting with the evaluation of capitalization eligibility.
- Partner with the Accounting team on month-end close activities and help ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
- Help implement AI and automation tools to improve financial processes and team efficiency.
- Participate in the financial planning process, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial consolidation.
- Assist with financial analysis and decision support, including ROI analysis, budget-to-actual reporting, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A with a solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and advanced modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is strongly preferred; expert proficiency in Excel and Google Business Apps.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation to improve financial operations.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and influence skills to drive collaboration and influence across all levels of management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Experience in technology, software, or real estate industries is highly preferred.
What You Can Expect
- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $95,300 - $116,700 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
