Key Responsibilities

- Analyze complex client situations to design custom asset-protection, retirement income, and estate-planning solutions.
- Foster and expand regional client networks by utilizing the firm's localized CPA alliances and marketing channels.
- Deliver high-touch relationship management to ensure exceptional client retention and long-term satisfaction.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63/65) registrations.
- Active State Life & Health Insurance License.
- 3+ years of experience as a producing Financial Advisor with a clean regulatory record (FINRA BrokerCheck).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to a consultative, relationship-first planning process.
Compensation & Professional Development
- Transition financing and highly competitive commission payout schedules.
- Access to shared corporate office space and administrative assistant support.
- Direct pathways for book acquisition and structured practice succession planning.
- Estimated Compensation: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year. This is an entrepreneurial, performance-based compensation model featuring highly competitive commission structures, fee-sharing splits, and passive residual income. Transition financing is available for qualified advisors transitioning an existing book of business.
