  • Collaborate across teams to support business needs and share accounting insight
  • Stay current on accounting standards and bring a learner’s mindset to new areas

The Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed CPA, with public accounting experience
  • Naturally detail-oriented, but never loses sight of the bigger picture
  • Strong with spreadsheets—pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas are second nature
  • Familiar with general ledger and procurement systems
  • Handles deadlines with focus and consistency—especially around close
  • Clear communicator, capable of working directly with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments with a mindset for continual improvement
  • Known for being reliable, responsive, and proactive when supporting teammates
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ambition, complemented by effective collaboration skills in a team setting
  • Excels in a high-energy, independent, and challenging work environment

What Will Set You Apart

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace business
  • Comfort navigating complex GL structures and multi-system environments
  • Track record of improving accounting processes or controls
  • Deep curiosity—someone who asks great questions and follows through to clarity
