The Opportunity
As a Finance Transformation - Anaplan Consultant, Manager, you will collaborate with CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and treasurers to optimize finance functions and enhance their contribution to the business. Within our Finance practice, you will address challenges in achieving appropriate standards of control and efficient back-office opportunities, providing insightful support to drive better business decisions. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role, you will analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations, using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Anaplan tool
