Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. 

  • Estimated annual base pay: 

    • $105,000(minimum) - $136,000(midpoint) - $168,000(maximum)

All levels are eligible for the following:

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Finance Program Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you.  The Finance Program Manager will be accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global development projects. They will need to actively engage with stakeholders to understand, document and execute objectives to ensure project success.  They generally report to the Director of Program Management and will utilize his or her full resources and effort to continuously monitor and improve global projects in terms of deliverables - including contractual and business objectives - while ensuring customer satisfaction. They will utilize Agile and Hybrid strategies for all projects, monitor and maintain project costs, and utilize continuous improvement methodologies to improve project management tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Leading and managing finance-related programs and initiatives, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external partners. Providing financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Leading the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the program. Analyzing financial data and creating financial models to support strategic decision-making.

  • Risk Management: Identifying and assessing financial risks to the program and developing strategies to manage and mitigate those risks.

  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensuring that the program's financial reports and statements are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards and regulations.

  • Program Management: Expertise in program management, including the ability to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead and interact with cross-functional teams, including working with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Financial Analysis: Expertise in financial analysis and modeling, including the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop financial forecasts and budgets.

  • Business Acumen: In-depth knowledge of the company's business, industry, and market trends, including a deep understanding of financial performance drivers.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and other analytical tools.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external partners.

  • Risk Management: Knowledge of financial risk management strategies, including the ability to identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to manage and mitigate those risks.

  • Reporting and Compliance: In-depth knowledge of financial reporting requirements, including GAAP and SEC regulations, and the ability to prepare financial reports and disclosures.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Ability to prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts for the program, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.

Successful Candidates Will Typically Have:

  • Education:

    • US – bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS)

    • US – master’s degree in arts/sciences (MA/MS) - preferred

  • Experience:

    • Project management experience in an Agile or PLC environment or closely related field

    • 5+ years of previous program management experience (in engineering/manufacturing or finance)   

  • License & Certifications:

    • PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) – preferred or agreed to achieve within 2 years of hire

    • Greenbelt Certification – preferred
