Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Financial Analysts, guiding their efforts in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis across all Video Services operations
- Oversee the development of comprehensive financial models and forecasts, utilizing detailed bottoms-up approaches to accurately project revenues, expenses, and profitability
- Manage evaluation processes for customer-facing initiatives, assessing financial risks and profitability implications, while providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Serve as a primary liaison with cross-functional departments including product management, operations, marketing, customer experience, and business development, ensuring financial insights effectively inform business decisions
- Develop and present executive-level financial reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight opportunities, and identify areas requiring attention
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly financial reviews with senior leadership, providing clear interpretation of financial results and actionable strategic recommendations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer profitability
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with corporate finance standards
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting consumer or subscriber-focused business models, with a strong understanding of customer behavior analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of distilling complex financial analyses into clear, concise insights suitable for senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through analytical thinking, rigorous data analysis, and strategic planning
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with proven success in developing high-performing teams and fostering collaborative interdepartmental relationships
- Highly organized and results-driven, demonstrating proactivity, flexibility, and a strong sense of urgency in financial management and decision-making
