The Manager will work closely with senior leaders and clients to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure high-quality delivery across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct current-state assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and help design future-state operating models for finance organizations.
· Support implementation of enabling technologies including ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM platforms, automation tools, and analytics dashboards.
· Coordinate day-to-day client activities, project planning, issue resolution, and status reporting.
· Lead the development of key deliverables, including recommendations, roadmaps, and value cases.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated transformation programs.
· Mentor analysts and associates, providing guidance, feedback, and technical knowledge development.
· Assist in business development efforts, such as contributing to proposals, client workshops, and internal capability building.
What We’re Looking For:
· Six plus years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation—ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
· Strong understanding of finance processes and operations (e.g., planning, close, reporting, payables, receivables).
· Exposure to digital finance tools such as ERP systems, automation platforms (e.g., RPA), or data visualization software.
· Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; CPA, CFA, or PMP is a plus.
