COMPANY 🌱We are hiring a Finance Director to help scale the financial infrastructure behind a rapidly growing consumer brand. This role sits at the intersection of financial modeling, business strategy, and operational decision-making. You will work closely with leadership to forecast performance, analyze unit economics, and improve the financial systems that guide how the business allocates resources and scales.
You will have meaningful ownership and direct exposure to key decisions as the company grows. Finance at Ryze operates as a strategic partner to the business — working alongside leaders across the company to evaluate opportunities, allocate capital, and drive results. At the same time, the team serves as a steward of company resources, balancing near-term growth with the long-term sustainability of the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯
  • Build and maintain financial models across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow planning

  • Analyze unit economics, channel performance, and business drivers

  • Provide clear financial insights that support operational and strategic decisions

  • Improve forecasting processes and financial reporting infrastructure

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows using modern AI tools

  • Develop a deep understanding of Ryze’s business model and key financial drivers

  • Gain fluency across core financial models and reporting processes

  • Improve forecasting frameworks and financial modeling workflows

  • Implement AI-enabled processes to increase efficiency and analytical output

  • Deliver analysis that supports leadership decision-making


WHAT WE OFFER 🌟

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields preferred 

  • 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a high-growth startup

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

  • Experience using modern AI tools in professional workflows

  • Experience operating in fast-paced environments

  • Consistently takes initiative and approaches business challenges and opportunities with clarity, and intention

  • Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting

  • Experience in DTC, consumer, or retail businesses preferred 

  • Paid media or marketing performance modeling preferred 

  • Experience working with automation tools, AI agents, or data pipelines preferred
