The G&A Finance team is part of Cloudflare's FP&A and Business Operations org, responsible for enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and capital allocation. We partner across G&A functions-including Legal, People, IT, and Finance-to drive strategic decisions and help scale operations in a high-growth environment. About the role
We're looking for a high-performing Finance Manager to join our G&A Finance team. In this role, you'll work directly with Cloudflare's CFO, CLO, CIO, CPO, and other senior leaders to support critical decision-making across our corporate functions. This is more than just reporting the numbers-you'll build models that guide investment strategy, improve operational efficiency, and help shape how the business scales.

What you'll do

• Partner with senior G&A leaders (CFO, CLO, CIO, CPO) to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain financial models that drive strategy, planning, and investment decisions.
• Deliver clear and actionable financial insights through monthly reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close and flux analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting.
• Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes that support our rapid growth.
• Work cross-functionally with FP&A teams supporting GTM, R&D, and Product to ensure alignment and holistic financial planning.
• Contribute to long-range planning and annual operating plan development for G&A functions.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles; ideally with 3+ years as a Financial Analyst
• Experience in high-growth, public SaaS or multinational environments preferred
• Strong operational mindset with a passion for process optimization, execution, and scale
• Intellectually curious with a problem-solving orientation-ability to break down complex issues and build data-driven solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to distill financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfortable playing "up and down the stack"-can zoom in on data accuracy and process detail, while also supporting leadership-level discussions
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; brings structure and prioritization without being told what to do
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets required; strong modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation capabilities
• Familiarity with Anaplan, Workday, NetSuite, and Tableau a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's in finance/accounting a plus but not required
