As an Associate in Finance & Business Management within Consumer & Community Banking, you will serve as the primary Location Strategy partner for assigned Lines of Business and Functions. The role is responsible for workforce location planning, real estate strategy, stakeholder engagement, and governance to ensure business growth plans align with location strategy and real estate objectives. 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Serve as the primary Location Strategy contact for assigned business partners
  • Partner with business, Finance, HR, and Real Estate teams to develop and maintain Headcount Location Plans 
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce growth, location strategy, site consolidations, relocations, and real estate investments
  • Identify and escalate risks related to seat capacity, location concentrations, occupancy, and business growth plans
  • Lead planning discussions with business leaders and develop recommendations supported by workforce, occupancy, and financial data
  • Create executive-level reporting, presentations, and analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
  • Experience in workforce planning, business management, strategy, real estate, finance, consulting, or project management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across multiple organizations

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong judgment in applying AI—knowing when to use AI vs. manual analysis, and validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and audience fit
