In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations, and supporting broader financial activities. You will work closely with HR, accounting, and management teams to streamline payroll processes and maintain precise financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll accurately and on time for all company employees.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws related to payroll.
- Maintain payroll records, including attendance, leaves, and benefits.
- Coordinate with HR and accounting departments for reconciliation and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Prepare reports related to payroll and finance as required by management.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and financial controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience managing payroll and finance operations, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and accounting systems.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
