This position will ensure the development of Brown-Forman brands and product portfolio in the Cruises channel (on and off premise), aligning with the company's brand-building philosophy and global brand strategies. This involves supporting sales and trade marketing plans by increasing consumer demand, strengthening customer relationships, executing Customer Marketing and promotional plans and providing day-to-day sales support.
What You Can Expect
Support Cruise Retail Accounts: Lead the relationship and business development with major cruise retail customers, including Starboard, Harding Brothers, Heinemann Americas, and Avolta.
Drive Brand Visibility: Optimize the presence and visibility of our brands in both onboard (on-premise) and retail (off-premise) channels.
Execute Brand Training: Conduct brand and product training sessions for store staff and cruise crew to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Foster Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers from Cruise Lines and Gift Shops, as well as with store-level personnel.
Analyze and Report: Assist with managing consumption reports, consolidating data, and providing analytical insights to support strategic action plans.
Implement Promotional Strategies: Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Manager to execute effective promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify and leverage new brand-building opportunities through merchandising and promotional activities at the local level.
Oversee Procurement: Monitor customer purchases to ensure they are conducted through Brown-Forman's preferred ship chandlers.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years’ sales experience.
Preferible experience in international business, cruise lines, On-Premise, and/or duty-free environments.
A team player who can work autonomously and in a matrix organization.
Strong oral and written communicator as well as confident presentation & training skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Fully literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Available to travel (50% time)
