Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Field & Partner Marketing Specialist to support pipeline growth and brand awareness across North America. In this role, you will help execute field and partner marketing programs in close collaboration with regional sales teams and channel partners—including VARs, MSSPs, and technology alliances.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys running events, supporting partners, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. You will play a key role in bringing regional and partner marketing initiatives to life and ensuring programs are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Field & Partner Marketing Execution

  • Support the execution of regional field and partner marketing programs, including field events, local roundtables, ABM campaigns, virtual events, and industry conferences.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to support territory-based campaigns and event execution.
  • Assist in coordinating joint marketing activities with partners, including scheduling, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Support partner onboarding and engagement efforts through campaign coordination and communications.

Campaign Measurement & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and assist with reporting on MQLs, Opps, partner engagement, and pipeline influence.
  • Ensure accurate campaign setup, lead routing, partner attribution, and data hygiene in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and documentation of results and learnings.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Coordinate with demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, and partner teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Assist with partner MDF requests, tracking, and budget documentation.
  • Help manage logistics for events, webinars, and partner activities, including vendors and timelines.

Skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting co-marketing initiatives with channel or technology partners.
  • Basic understanding of the cybersecurity market and security buyer personas.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Exposure to marketing for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT technology companies.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and events.
  • Familiarity with channel ecosystems (VARs, MSSPs, technology partners) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.

We understand it takes a diverse team of highly intelligent, passionate, curious, and creative people to develop the exceptional product we are building. Our dynamic team has incredible perspectives to share, just as we know you do, and we take great pride in being an equal opportunity employer.
