The Impact of a Field Marketing Manager, Customer Growth at Coupa:
Coupa’s Field & Account Based Marketing team is seeking a passionate and seasoned Field Marketer with a passion for growing our footprint in our existing customer base, to partner and foster valuable partnerships with our Sales organization to manage a field marketing plan from conception to execution, in order to build, influence, and accelerate sales pipeline, through a variety of marketing strategies and tactics.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership to develop strategies that support quarterly sales pipeline and revenue goals for existing customer growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Creative, Demand Generation, etc.) to plan and execute multi-channel programs, including emails, webinars, events, and digital campaigns.
- Engage with target accounts for cross-selling opportunities across Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders, developing a programmatic approach for expansion.
- Leverage marketing operations tools to independently execute and manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely execution and follow-up on leads.
- Use data and best practices to optimize programs, provide insights, and manage regional events, while advocating for sales needs and driving target account engagement.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 5+ years of experience Enterprise B2B marketing and/or sales, with a strong track record in develop Enterprise B2B marketing and/or sales, with a strong in Enterprise B2B marketing and/or sales, with a strong track record in developing and executing pipeline-generation and acceleration programs.
- Strategic and outcome-oriented mindset, skilled in planning and executing high-impact marketing plans across digital advertising, content development, field events, and more.
- Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Martech tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and more.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel (15-25%).
The estimated pay range for this role is $107,525 - $143,000
The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
