As the Field Marketing & Events Manager at LogicGate, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing our field events, conferences, and webinars to drive pipeline and enhance brand presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure our events are seamlessly integrated into our overall go-to-market strategy. Your role will involve managing all logistical and operational aspects of events, leveraging event technology, and tracking performance to demonstrate ROI. You will provide strategic insights to leadership, helping to shape our event strategy and identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.

How you will spend your time:

  • Event Strategy & Management: Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive calendar of field events, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, executive dinners, and webinars. Ensure events align with business objectives and target audience engagement. Effectively communicate event strategies, results, and recommendations in key meetings
  • Annual User Conference Leadership (USA & UK): Support the planning, development, and execution of LogicGate's annual user conference, across its USA and UK iterations, ensuring a high-impact experience that fosters community, showcases product innovation, and drives customer engagement in both regions.
  • Partner Event & Sales Dinner Management: Strategize, plan, and execute co-marketing events and exclusive dinners with key partners/sales leadership to expand reach, generate joint pipeline, and strengthen relationships within the ecosystem.
  • Logistical Oversight: Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budgeting, contract management, booth design, materials shipping, and on-site execution.
  • Webinar Ownership: Collaborate with internal teams and external customers/partners to manage, executive and report-on ongoing webinars to raise brand awareness and align with like-minded brands.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to define event goals, target attendees, messaging, and follow-up strategies. Coordinate with Product teams for relevant demos and content.
  • Event Technology & Tools: Manage and optimize event-related technologies and platforms (e.g.,Swoogo, Zoom Webinars, Salesforce, Pardot) to streamline registration, communication, and post-event follow-up.
  • Budget Management: Own and manage the events budget, tracking expenses, negotiating favorable terms with vendors, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Establish clear KPIs for each event and track performance, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Generate comprehensive reports to demonstrate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Lead Management & Follow-up: Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure efficient lead capture, routing, and timely follow-up post-event.
  • Content & Messaging Alignment: Partner with the content team to ensure event messaging, presentations, and collateral are compelling, on-brand, and tailored to the event's objectives and audience.
  • Industry Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends, event technologies, and best practices. Proactively recommend innovative approaches to enhance our event strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in field marketing, event management, or a related role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, from planning through execution and post-event analysis.
  • Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Swoogo, Eventbrite, Bizzabo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (Pardot).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking event performance, analyzing data, and reporting on ROI.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Ability to travel frequently for events as required.
  • Experience managing event budgets, including forecasting, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
  • Travel Requirements up to 25% domestic and international

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $75,000 -$110,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
