Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Capacity Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our field sales and operations teams are well equipped with the necessary resources to implement new initiatives and drive programs to success. You will play a large role in ensuring that our most important resource, our people, are well positioned to exceed company goals. As a key player on the implementation team you will also be working with a diverse array of stakeholders across field sales, field operations and HQ teams to develop and execute a robust resource management strategy. Your efforts will balance workloads, optimize productivity, and ultimately, propel us toward our shared vision of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Tracking & Reporting:
    • Establish and maintain a centralized repository of resource information, encompassing skill sets, availability, and utilization
    • Provide insightful reports and analytics to guide decision-making and strategic planning
  • Project Resource Planning:
    • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to formulate detailed resource plans for upcoming initiatives
    • Anticipate future needs and proactively plan for resource allocation to ensure seamless project execution
  • Resource Planning:
    • Monitor existing field resources and their allocation on a daily and weekly basis
  • Capacity Planning:
    • Create forecasts, ensure proper tracking of all field demands and the field's capacity to complete goals successfully
  • Implementation Pipeline Tracking :
    • Manage the pipeline for initiative and project launch dates to ensure our field sales org is not over stretched and we are properly distributed and adequately prepared, trained, etc
  • Cross-Functional Communication:
    • Act as a liaison to facilitate open communication and collaboration between the implementation team, field sales, operations, and other relevant departments
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, and shared responsibility to achieve collective goals


Skills, Experience and Requirements
This position will play a vital role in the growth and long-term success of our company. As a Capacity Manager - Field Sales, you must dedicate your efforts towards initiatives that change the way Boost engages, collaborates and ultimately competes in the marketplace. The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford the opportunity to influence change within many aspects of the business.
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and six or more years related work experience (or ten years sales/sales management experience)
  • Three years of experience in a management capacity
  • Three years of experience in direct or indirect retail channel
  • Minimum five years selling wireless products or services


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in resource management, capacity planning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in resource management tools and software.
  • A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to travel across the country as needed, up to 40% to 50%


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
