The federal projects admin plays a vital operational role in expanding MWEG’s national civic footprint by overseeing and managing our constituent meeting program. Reporting directly to the advocacy operations manager, she serves as the administrative engine behind our legislative outreach, driving the systems and logistics required to significantly scale the number of constituent meetings held with elected officials across the country.
She is a highly organized administrator who excels at keeping track of many moving parts simultaneously. Working in close collaboration with the federal legislative specialist, she coordinates schedules, tracks participant communications, and ensures every meeting is meticulously planned and supported. She presents herself with high polish and professionalism in both written and verbal settings, serving as a clear, dependable liaison for members, staff, and external offices. Because she represents MWEG’s nonpartisan mission, she strictly embodies our core values of ethical civic engagement, careful attention to detail, and peacemaking in all administrative and interpersonal interactions.
