Location: Berthoud, CO
What You'll Do:
- Get hands-on experience designing concrete formwork (commercial, civil, precast, and tilt-up.
- Work with cutting-edge software 3D AutoCAD and Revit to prepare bids, layouts, and engineered profiles.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive team environment to ensure customers' needs are met and design solutions are offered.
- Develop your skills through paid, comprehensive training in Berthoud CO.
- Grow within the company, with opportunities for continued learning and advancement in the design and construction fields.
- Build strong relationships with retail clients, builders, framers, and developers to answer design questions and deliver top-tier service.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education in drafting, CAD, Revit/BIM, construction, or framing is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong mathematical and analytical skills – comfortable working with blueprints and calculating loads.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
