- Assist with product packaging updates, instruction guides, and other marketing assets
- Track and analyze competitors and consumer trends to identify opportunities
- Help manage item (SKU) creation and accessory development
- Coordinate internal and external consumer research efforts
- Analyze consumer feedback and product reviews to surface insights
- Participate in technical touchpoint analysis of prototypes and builds
- Coordinate testing sessions and summarize findings
- Support administrative tasks like sample management and JIRA ticket updates
- Jump in on ad-hoc initiatives and cross-functional projects as they arise
What You Bring:
- A self-starter attitude with curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Confidence in communicating and collaborating across teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Interest in product development, innovation, and consumer behavior
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); experience with MS Project a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Current student in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's program
- At least one prior internship or co-op in product development, engineering, marketing, or consumer goods
