Job DescriptionAs a Facilities General Manager, you will manage and optimize our building operations. This position involves a broad range of responsibilities, from maintenance to vendor management and budget oversight.
You will be responsible for delivering all facilities operations of a 5-story office building. The primary expectation for this role is to oversee the maintenance and cleaning of the building, including tenant relations and vendor management.
The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000 annually.
Qualifications- Proven experience working in large-scale facilities operations.
- Experience supervising and managing team members.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
- Experience responding in a timely and thorough manner, prioritizing needs, and always ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills for managing complex operations.
- Managing onsite building maintenance and operations team.
- Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies.
- Overseeing vendor management/performance and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Ensuring facility is maintained in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, code requirements, and city standards.
- Building strong relationships with onsite tenants.
- Ensuring the availability of redundant power systems such as generators and UPS.
- Preparing monthly expenditure forecasts and manage operational budgets.
- Performing in-hours and out-of-hours inspections for onsite vendors/service providers.
- Available 24/7 for any building issues or incidents.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
