Job DescriptionAs a Facilities Coordinator you will support in covering and managing the building reception, tenant engagement, building helpdesk requests, and general facilities support for the building.
In this role you will have an impact in a variety of elements, from building and managing relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensuring seamless building operations and providing exceptional tenant experiences for our office and retail spaces. You'll be empowered to solve problems, make decisions, and support department managers with key projects.
The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
Qualifications- Strong IT skills is essential including Microsoft Office applications. Helpdesk experience working with a CAFM system is desirable.
- Ability to manipulate data through the use of IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with external vendors and contractors for products and services.
- Previous Facilities services experience, knowledge, and understanding of property-related issues would be a benefit.
- Planning and Project Management skills.
- Highly organized individual with high attention to detail.
- Adaptable to new responsibilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Executing general admin duties including stock ordering, vendor/contractor bookings, reviewing departmental invoices to approve for payment, updating trackers, etc.
- Programming and administration of tenant access cards and access control system.
- Administrator for CAFM (Helpdesk) ticket system, issuing reactive work tickets to onsite maintenance team.
- Managing tenant relationships for building office and retail tenants.
- Supporting department managers with ongoing projects and request.
- Providing concierge reception coverage for main building as well as business office reception.
