What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervise and mentor a team across laser cutting, deburring, bending and welding.
- Manage production flow to ensure optimal inventory levels and on-time deliveries.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management, troubleshooting production or quality challenges as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe workplace and enforce OSHA standards.
- Train team members to meet production goals and deliver high-quality output.
- Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with various departments to execute the production schedule and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience as a Metal Fabrication Lead (or similar role).
- Hands-on experience with welding, robotic welding, press brakes, laser cutting, and other fabrication equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team building.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and performance metrics.
- A knack for problem-solving and improving production processes.
- A detail-oriented approach, ensuring top-tier quality in all aspects of production.
- A passion for off-road vehicles and manufacturing is a plus!
- Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts with the potential for overtime as needed.
