External Events Coordinator

We need someone to own our presence at external events from global conferences to hackathons. You’ll make sure every time we show up, we’re telling our story clearly, connecting with the right people, and looking sharp.

This role is remote, based out of North America.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.

What We Need

• 1–3 years in events, partnerships, or marketing ops
• Experience coordinating logistics, vendors, and internal teams
• An eye for visual presentation and audience fit
• The ability to travel when needed

What You Will Learn

• Translate a technical company’s narrative into compelling event presence
• Choose which conferences, panels, and sponsorships actually move the needle
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align story, product, and presence
• Turn a booth or panel slot into lasting relationships and opportunities

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
