Perform oil changes and routine maintenance, rotate and balance tires, inspect vehicles and recommend repairs, check and top off fluids, replace filters and wipers, perform multi-point inspections, maintain a safe, organized workspace, follow manufacturer procedures, and provide efficient, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities- Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services.
- Rotate and balance tires.
- Inspect vehicles and recommend needed maintenance or repairs.
- Check and top off fluid levels.
- Replace air filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance items.
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures.
- Work efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Previous automotive or lube technician experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
