About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role would report to the Facilities and Safety Manager, and would perform a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of the manufacturing equipment and facilities.
These tasks are vital to the safety and efficiency of the manufacturing team, and to the quality of the finished product. The ideal candidate will understand the need for timely and consistent completion of tasks. They will also be comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing urgent repairs or day-to-day preventative maintenance.

11pm-7am
Compensation
$25-35 per hour, depending on experience
What You'll Do
Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including cleaning, calibrations, inspections, testing, etc.
Perform routine maintenance on the facilities, including inspections, testing, replacing bulbs/batteries, etc.
Perform/assist with repairs as needed
Assemble/move furniture and equipment as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in a facilities and/or manufacturing maintenance role
Ability to work grave shift (expected 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday)
Understanding of basic safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures
Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
Basic finish skills, including paint and drywall
Ability to read and interpret building plans
Ability to lift 75+ pounds, work within a confined space, climb ladders, and perform other physical tasks for 8 hours/day
Ability to work occasional overtime/weekends as needed to support production goals and equipment shutdowns
Demonstrated proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language
Bonus Points For
Previous manufacturing experience
Experience reporting task completion through a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software)
Certifications in any facilities discipline, particularly mechanical, electrical, or plumbing
First aid/CPR certification
Forklift experience/certification
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Dandy is $25 - $35/hr plus equity. Actual compensation is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the primary work location, candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
