As a Developer Relations Engineer, you will enhance documentation, create tutorials for Plaid's FDX API, and provide developer support.
We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam.
Our Network Enablement and Access (NEA) team’s mission is to unlock the potential of the Plaid network by broadening and deepening our connection to data partners, such as credit unions, community banks, neobanks, and other small-to-medium-sized financial institutions. We do this by providing solutions that allow our data partners to be part of the network and by providing best-in-class connections. By expanding and improving our connections to data providers, we are able to strengthen the Plaid network while also enabling these smaller financial institutions to provide great experiences to their own customers.
As an Experienced Developer Relations Engineer you will create reference implementations, documentation, and tooling to help external developers at financial institutions and fintechs build APIs to Plaid’s FDX specification at scale and to position Plaid as an industry leader in Open Banking.
