Job DescriptionThe TDI Experience & Enablement Partner owns the delivery and sustainability of key employee lifecycle programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement. This role ensures that programs are deployed consistently across the organization, supported by strong change management, communication, system workflows, and continuous feedback loops. It also acts as a project manager and strategic communications partner for the broader Talent, Development & Inclusion (TD&I) team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy redesigned onboarding and offboarding programs, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring an excellent candidate and team member experience.
- Own and evolve new hire orientation, including content management, scheduling, and experience feedback.
- Serve as liaison between Talent, Development & Inclusion (TD&I), HR Ops and HRIT to ensure workflows function effectively across TD&I programs while providing a positive end user experience.
- Support annual engagement survey launch, follow-up, and action planning coordination.
- Maintain shared TD&I project plans, timelines, and calendars to support delivery of function-wide initiatives.
- Create and maintain change management strategies to support the successful deployment and adoption of TD&I programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication throughout the process.
- Partner with HR Comms and Enterprise Comms to draft and coordinate strategic communication plans for programs and initiatives.
- Track program metrics and functional OKRs to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Remain agile and responsive to evolving TD&I priorities by taking on new focus areas as program demands shift, such as supporting TD&I branding, storytelling, employer value proposition (EVP) initiatives, or other elements of the employee experience evolution.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, HR, or related field, or combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience
- 5+ years of program coordination experience
- Experience working in a matrixed or global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing and executing strong employee experiences: onboarding, offboarding, engagement, or other employee lifecycle programs
- Familiarity with Workday
- Familiarity with project tools like Smartsheet, MS Planner
- Familiarity with Prosci's change management philosophy and framework

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $107,450 to $161,050. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
