Coordinate scenario development, exercise injects, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) validation for commercial space-based commercial capabilities used in Space Domain Awareness Protect and Defend and TacSRT environments.

Liaise with exercise planners from USSF Delta units, Combatant Commands (e.g., USSPACECOM)/ Space Component Commands, Joint Staff J7, and other mission partners.

Integrate commercial sensor tasking, data routing, and analytic product delivery timelines into operational scenarios.

Capture and analyze lessons learned, assess effectiveness of commercial capabilities, and recommend improvements to TacSRT integration strategies.

Support white cell, control cell, or observer/controller roles during execution phases to ensure realism and technical accuracy of commercial capabilities.

Develop after-action reports (AARs), brief senior leaders, and contribute to capability maturation roadmaps and strategy documents.

Assist in development of training plans and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for repeatable integration of commercial capabilities in future exercises.

Planning, developing, executing, and analyzing joint assessments, wargames, Table Top Exercises (TTXs), Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) drills, and seminars.

Providing SME support across multiple joint mission areas, including Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief (HADR) and Illegal Resource Extraction (IRE).

Managing the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) and supporting the execution of the Joint Training & Execution System.

Developing Master Scenario Events and implementing them to achieve training objectives.

Assisting in the development of the Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG) architecture and personnel training requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or Professional Military Education (PME) preferred.

Proven experience with joint exercise planning and execution, preferably with US Space Force, US Air Force, or Combatant Command components.

Familiarity with operational planning processes such as the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), and with exercise planning conferences (Initial Planning Conference (IPC), Mid Planning Conference (MPC), Final Planning Conference (FPC), etc.).

Exceptional communication skills and ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including commercial vendors and allied partners.

Strong understanding of commercial space capabilities, Space Domain Awareness, and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance operations.

Proficiency in creating training materials using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and adaptability to other emerging tool suites.

Self-motivation with a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively within a team environment and independently.

Must be eligible to obtain Security clearance.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience supporting the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), to include Master Events List / Master Inject List (MEL/MIL) development and scenario design.

Experience with Tactical Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Tracking or Joint Commercial Operations highly desirable.

Familiarity with military operations or previous experience in a military training environment
