What you'll doIdentify, attract, and recruit top healthcare leadership talent for client organizations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives and clients.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and manage the interview process.

Manage your own book of business, including business development and client management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
