Working at the intersection of Growth, Strategy, Creative, and Production, you'll lead new business planning, develop delivery strategies, and guide multidisciplinary teams from initial conversations through successful execution.

We're looking for an experienced agency producer who brings equal parts strategic thinking, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex client challenges, and know how to bring together the right people, ideas, and processes to deliver exceptional work.

What You'll Do

    • Collaborating with Creative and Strategy leaders to shape proposals, define execution plans, and bring ambitious ideas to life.
    • Leading complex brand, campaign, content, and digital engagements from kickoff through delivery when needed.
    • Building realistic project plans, staffing models, timelines, and budgets that balance creative ambition with operational excellence.
    • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners throughout the lifecycle of engagements.
    • Identifying delivery risks early and developing thoughtful solutions.
    • Helping evolve our production practice by improving workflows, scoping methodologies, and delivery standards.
    • Mentoring producers and contributing to a healthy, collaborative production discipline.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience producing integrated agency work.
  • Significant experience leading new business efforts, including project scoping, staffing, estimating, and client presentations.
  • A broad background spanning brand, campaigns, content, marketing, websites, and digital experiences.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, and Statements of Work.
  • Exceptional communication skills and confidence presenting to executive stakeholders and prospective clients.
  • The ability to bring structure to ambiguity while remaining adaptable when priorities shift.
  • A collaborative leadership style that builds trust across multidisciplinary teams.
