This role requires a hands-on, execution-oriented leader who can step in on day one, quickly assess opportunities, and drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with strategic problem-solving, executive presence, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to VP and C-suite leaders, driving alignment on strategy, priorities, and value realization.
  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, effectively influencing across functions and levels to drive outcomes.
  • Navigate complex organizational dynamics with strong executive presence, credibility, and impact.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across business, product, engineering, data science, and analytics teams.

Product Strategy & Value Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end analytics product strategy and roadmap for the Connected PBM Ecosystem portfolio.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable product strategies focused on measurable outcomes, cost optimization, and enterprise value creation.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities by analyzing business outcomes and working backwards to determine key levers for improvement.
  • Lead hypothesis-driven problem solving and rapid iteration to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure products are customer- and user-centric, leveraging data, insights, and feedback to continuously refine priorities.

Execution & Operating Model

  • Drive disciplined execution, ensuring delivery against priorities with speed, quality, and accountability.
  • Establish and optimize product operating models that enable efficient, scalable delivery.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving to overcome obstacles and deliver results.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and outcomes-driven performance.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
  • Build a strong product management culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Mentor talent across the organization to elevate product and analytics capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, consulting, analytics, or related fields, with increasing leadership responsibility.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at the executive level, with strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, including aligning cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Strong product management experience, including building and delivering software/data products in complex environments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach.
  • Experience driving strategy and transformation initiatives, including identifying cost optimization opportunities and translating them into actionable product strategies.
  • Ability to quickly assess business challenges and begin delivering impact immediately with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Track record of orchestrating delivery across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in management consulting (highly preferred), with experience solving complex business problems and driving transformation.
  • Experience working in (or with) a large technology company (e.g., Big Tech), with exposure to scaled product, platform, or data ecosystems.
  • Experience in healthcare, PBM, or similarly complex, regulated industries.
  • Deep experience in analytics- and data-driven product environments.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive change across large organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with experience connecting product investments to measurable financial outcomes, including cost reduction.
  • Demonstrated cultural leadership and ability to model desired behaviors, including how they “show up” to drive engagement and alignment.
