Responsible for leading the overall technology organization for GHX’s Invoice and payment portfolio. The role requires leading engineering organization to deliver key solutions in invoice & payments space and work cross functionally with product & commercial teams to deliver on overall roadmap.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead Invoice and Payment engineering leaders and teams to deliver business and customer focused roadmaps.
- Bring deep domain expertise in Invoice and Payments in healthcare space in business and engineering decisions.
- Develop new solutions from ground up and refactoring of monolithic architectures. Experience in cloud based SaaS services, API & UI frameworks and Microservice architectures.
- Leading and developing geo distributed leaders and building high performance cross geo organizations.
- Trusted engineering leader for cross functional & GHX leadership.
- Excel in all areas of strategy development, including project management, analysis, problem solving, verbal and written communication, consensus building, and people development.
Skill Requirements
- Experience in building and leading geo distributed teams to deliver on critical roadmap items.
- Experience leading and mentoring directors and managers to build high performance organizations.
- Deep domain experience in Invoice and Payment space in healthcare domain. Prior experience successfully running and scaling a payment service in healthcare space.
- Deep experience in building mission critical SaaS/Cloud based service
- Experience with Payment security models such as PCI DSS.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, experience working with cross functional partners and executives.
- Experience with high availability architecture and design for mission critical applications.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines that do security scans, code quality scans, unit testing, and automated testing.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a relevant area.
- 20+ years of Software Engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
- 7+ years' experience in an Engineering Leadership role or Cloud Architecture role using AWS.
- Experience managing large teams (40+ people) and scaling a business appropriately based on available resources.
- Technical Strength in cloud architectures, application architecture, engineering processes and SDLC.
- Experience with offshore
Estimated Salary: $144,000 - $205,000 plus bonus
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
