OVERVIEW

Beauty Co-Lab, powered by OMG, is seeking a Client Business Lead to oversee the PPD Division. This role focuses on delivering excellence in client account leadership, driving revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver best-in-class creative media services, while also strengthening client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team and orchestrate strategic deliverables for a total of 7 brands while enhancing the agency's output for the wider team (Kerastase, Redken, L’Oréal Pro, Matrix, Biolage, Pureology, Color WOW…)
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with Beauty Co-Lab business leads in the division, across all other divisions, and senior L'Oreal PPD stakeholders by building an in-depth understanding of their business, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in achieving L’Oréal and BCL objectives.
  • Proactively elevate discussions by consistently offering innovative, mutually beneficial strategies that propel the client’s business forward and support their transformation initiatives for PPD.
  • Lead, manage, and unify a multi-discipline team (strategy, planning, investment & activation, business analytics, retail …) by establishing a clear vision, promoting a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, excellence, and collaboration, and building a reliable leadership team while nurturing talent for the PPD division.
  • Actively pursue growth opportunities by thoroughly understanding L'Oréal's PPD key business imperatives. Create and implement a strategic roadmap with a focus on transformation/acceleration.
  • Champion the “Agency as a Platform” strategy by executing Beauty Co-Lab's vision for client growth by integrating creativity, technology, and data into every facet of the client relationship.

  • Media Practitioner – A dynamic leader with a strong track record in designing and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging deep expertise in strategy, planning, media buying, investments, and analytics to drive creativity in media and unlock new opportunities.
  • Commercially minded: A proven track record for driving growth marked by a solid understanding of operating models, P&L, and mechanisms to drive organic growth. Capable of identifying and leveraging opportunities that propel the business toward strategic objectives while also achieving quick wins for L’Oréal and Beauty Co-Lab.
  • Strategically Focused, Detail-Oriented: An innovative and commercially driven professional with a strong strategic mindset. Skilled at diving into the details when necessary to diagnose, address, and take ownership of challenges. Capable of uniting and leveraging the strengths of BCL and OMG organization to drive meaningful transformation
  • Bias for action: A dynamic leader who understands that speed matters in business and exhibits decisiveness and the ability to take risks in a controlled manner to foster a culture of continuous improvement

CRITICAL SKILLS

  • Proven track record of building credible and meaningful partnerships with C-Suite clients on at least one large account, with ideally 15+ yrs experience within agency marketing services, leading these relationships
  • Understanding of finance and resource management models to optimize and inform business and growth decisions
  • Experience building client relationships that result in excellent work and organic growth
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and levels (up and down) and internal leaders across the client and OMG
  • Operational ability to challenge and evolve team structures and operating models to deliver across all client assignments with strategic thinking and excellence at the center.
  • Proficient in adapting to diverse environments and cultures, capable of leading a team with authenticity, inspiration, and relevance
  • A strategic thinker and exceptional operator, skilled in leveraging a data-driven approach to inform decision-making and drive effective actions
  • Comfortable navigating complex structures and thrives in ambiguity, exhibits curiosity to learn, and brings new strategic thinking to keep elevating deliverables.
  • Solid grasp of the retail media landscape, ecosystem connectivity, and seasonal selling cycles is essential, given the important role of retail media networks in the category

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range
$150,000$235,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
