Brightline is redefining what pediatric behavioral health care looks like for families across the country — and we're looking for the organizational force multiplier who will help make that vision a daily reality.
This is a high-visibility, high-trust role at the center of Brightline's executive operations. You'll support multiple C-suite leaders — managing competing priorities, complex calendars, and confidential work across time zones with precision and discretion.
This isn't a role for someone who needs a lot of hand-holding or prefers a predictable 9-to-5. It's for someone who moves fast, thinks ahead, and takes deep ownership over keeping senior leaders focused on what matters most.
Why This Role
Brightline is at an inflection point — scaling our clinical programs, expanding into new markets, and deepening our impact on kids and families who need us. The executives you'll support are driving that growth every single day, and you'll be the connective tissue that keeps everything running.
You'll have a front-row seat to strategic decisions, learn how a mission-driven health care company operates at scale, and build relationships across every function of the organization. If you want a role where your work has a direct line to mission impact — this is it.
