ERG is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to executives, ensuring efficient operations and seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.
This position is remote, but candidates must be willing to work core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, note-taking, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, materials preparation, and note-taking
- Track action items and follow-up to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Support project coordination and assist with special initiatives as needed
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information with discretion
- Assist with expense reporting, budgeting support, and procurement processes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and project teams
- Be willing to sign NDA
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a consulting, engineering, or government contracting environment is preferred
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
