This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to their leadership team. Over the past few years, they have solidified their reputation as a forward-thinking investment firm with a track record of strategic growth and market leadership.
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date information within complex Excel spreadsheets.
Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and diligently track key deliverables and deadlines.
Prepare and populate standardized template documents for client reporting, internal operations, and other business needs.
Handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of the executive office.
Serve as a central communication point using various platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
The ability to proactively anticipate needs and manage tasks efficiently without constant oversight.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Qualifications:
A background or demonstrated interest in finance or investments is a significant advantage.
A self-starter attitude, with an eagerness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
