The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting our executive team by managing administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing productivity. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining communication between departments. Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organize documentation for meetings, including agendas and presentations
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform research and compile reports as needed
- Assist in project management and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Coordinate events and team-building activities
- Support other administrative functions as required
- Act as a liaison between executives and staff
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
