This is a unique opportunity to work side by side with top executives at a fast-growing company, gaining exposure to high-level strategy, decision-making, and operations in the dynamic mobile industry.
The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, helping the leadership team maximize their impact by providing seamless administrative, operational, and strategic support. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executive Support: Manage and optimize the complex and overlapping calendars of the CEO and COO, including scheduling, travel, meetings, and events. Anticipate scheduling needs and prioritize effectively.
- Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, edit, and deliver correspondence on behalf of leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and timeliness.
- Meeting & Event Management:
- Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for leadership and company-wide meetings.
- Own organization of the weekly All-Company meeting, ensuring topics align with business priorities.
- Support planning and execution of company events, including retreats and leadership offsites.
- Project & Initiative Coordination: Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives from inception to completion, tracking timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. Follow up on action items with accountability across teams.
- Data & Reporting: Support executive decision-making by designing dashboards, reports, and presentations that distill complex data into actionable insights. Contribute to strategic discussions by surfacing key trends and recommendations.
- AI-Enhanced Support: Comfortably leverages AI tools to streamline workflows, improve processes, and drive greater efficiency in executive support and company operations.
- Presentation & Materials Preparation: Create and edit decks and documents for internal and external use, ensuring clear, strategic, and visually engaging communication.
- Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of ad-hoc projects that support executive and company priorities, bringing creativity, resourcefulness, and follow-through.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear and professional messages and presentations.
- Proven track record of anticipating needs and proactively solving problems.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Slack, and project management tools.
- Experience analyzing data and preparing executive-level reports or dashboards is a plus.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment.
