The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting a Portfolio Manager and investment team with a wide range of administrative and project management tasks. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and have a proven ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $70,000-$110,000
Specific placement within the provided range will be determined by an individual’s geographic location as well as relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Associates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon Firm and individual performance.
ResponsibilitiesThe candidate can expect to:
- Manage fluid team calendars, anticipating changes and keeping executive on schedule
- Act as a liaison and gatekeeper as it relates to calls, meetings and external requests
- Handle office management duties including lunch orders, groceries and office supplies
- Manage weekly expense reporting for all team/office purchases
- Coordinate travel for the Portfolio Manager and team including trip planning, travel bookings, creating itineraries and expense reporting
- Act as the IT and Facilities point person for Denver office, troubleshooting IT and building management services with offsite support team
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires
- Handle sensitive information confidentially
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:
- 2+ years of experience providing administrative support at the executive level
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings and travel
- A sense of urgency and resourceful approach to problem solving in the face of shifting priorities or unanticipated events
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and prioritize while working on multiple projects at the same time with a commitment to quality and deadlines
- A mature and professional approach to work
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Availability to assist after hours when needed
- Bachelor’s degree
