About the role.
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the VP, SCA & Manufacturing Excellence, VP Global Engineering, and VP NA Engineering. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations by coordinating complex schedules, managing communications, supporting travel and meeting logistics, and assisting with key administrative processes across a global environment.
What you'll be doing.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and conference calls across multiple global time zones using Outlook.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including travel arrangements, room bookings, catering, and virtual meeting support.
  • Manage information flow, prioritize communications, and support email management for leaders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Support department SharePoint sites and assist team members with navigation and document organization.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other materials using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new employees, including equipment, system access, and meeting coordination.
  • Create and submit expense reports and support invoice processing and vendor inquiries.
  • Provide reception coverage and administrative support as needed.
  • Serve as a backup for administrative team members and support additional business needs as required.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of laptops, mobile devices, and other office technology.

What you'll need to be successful.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software systems and technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling competing priorities.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate future needs and challenges.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in an administrative capacity is preferred.

You will be part of a collaborative global Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence organization that supports operational performance, continuous improvement, and strategic initiatives across the business. The team works closely across functions and geographies, bringing together technical expertise, operational excellence, and innovation. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in enabling team effectiveness by supporting leadership and helping drive seamless coordination across the organization.

Compensation Package : $52,600.00 - $70,200.00 . USD annually
