  • Executing sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex calendars, priorities, and communications with minimal oversight.
  • Retrieving and synthesizing information from internal systems, correspondence, and meeting notes to draft clear, concise summaries, reports, or briefings.
  • Overseeing the preparation of executive-ready materials including agendas, presentations, expense reports, and sensitive documents.
  • Supporting meeting operations by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, recording minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Playing a key role in supporting department and company-wide events, from logistics coordination to on-site setup.
  • Actively contributing to the broader Boom support team—sharing knowledge, improving workflows, and fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Help maintain a welcoming and well-stocked kitchen, ensuring snacks and supplies are regularly refreshed for the team. Light kitchen organization and tidying are included—helping keep the heart of the office running smoothly and creating a positive daily experience for everyone.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and handling confidential communications with precision.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and resourceful, with a proven ability to anticipate needs, follow through on tasks, and deliver high-quality results with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator who thrives in team-oriented environments and brings clarity and efficiency to fast-moving projects.
  • Tech-savvy, with advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and comfortable working with different platform technologies, including AI, to support team and executive needs.
  • Brings energy, professionalism, and a startup mindset—comfortable wearing multiple hats, adapting quickly, and contributing meaningfully to evolving team needs.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a high-growth, engineering- or technology-driven environment, with the ability to stay several steps ahead and manage shifting priorities with ease.
  • A track record of improving team efficiency—whether through building admin processes, optimizing workflows, or introducing tools that reduce friction and boost productivity.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to draft polished correspondence, represent leadership with professionalism, and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
  • Comfort and fluency working across multiple tech platforms (Slack, Concur, Zoom, etc.) and a natural curiosity to explore and adopt new tools that improve support operations.
