Job Description
The Executive Assistant will have responsibility supporting multiple executives including the CFO, EVP Programming Operations and other executives within the Finance and Programming Operations departments. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet critical deadlines, and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company is essential.Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain executive calendar.
· Schedule/coordinate meetings, video and teleconferences.
· Assist in meeting preparation.
· Arrange domestic and international travel.
· Prepare expense reports, including coding, scanning, and reconciling.
· Coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
· Manage the Cable Discount Program.
· Maintain Department Organizational Charts.
· Manage and track department expenses charged to purchasing card
· Cross-functional partnerships with other EA’s and teams to assist with on-site and company-wide events
· Ordering of office supplies and other equipment for the collective teams.
· Other tasks and project tracking as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
· Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Executives.
· Bachelor’s degree
· Strong computer skills including: Internet, Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent organization, time, and project management skills
· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work proactively in a fast paced, high volume environment.
· Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
· Experience working with C Level executives and maintaining the utmost of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
Nice to Haves
· Experience with Concur expense system
· A background and interest in Entertainment
· Experience with a variety of video conferencing including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
· Notary license preferred.
Compensation
$75,000 - $85,000
