Lime is seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide primary support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and secondary support to the Chief Accounting Officer and broader Finance Leadership Team. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will manage complex scheduling, coordinate high-level meetings and events, and handle confidential information with discretion. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate business needs.

This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to be available to work primarily during Central (CST) or Eastern (EST) business hours.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Partnership & Decision Support: Act as a trusted thought partner to the executive, anticipating needs, surfacing priorities, and providing context, insights, and recommendations to support effective decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders, board members, external partners, and key stakeholders, managing communications, expectations, and follow-ups with professionalism and diplomacy.

  • Executive Readiness & Communications: Proactively prepare executives for meetings, travel, and public engagements by managing agendas, briefings, and follow-ups, while coordinating with Communications on speaking events, media appearances, and messaging.

  • Calendar, Scheduling & Travel Management: Proactively and confidentially manage dynamic executive calendars and travel, ensuring seamless scheduling, detailed itineraries, and logistics while maintaining compliance with guidelines and budgets.

  • Meeting & Event Support: Plan executive meetings, coordinate briefing materials, and manage logistics.

  • Project Leadership: Lead ad-hoc projects, information gathering, and research initiatives, demonstrating independence and problem-solving skills.

  • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to streamline executive workflows, improve processes, and implement tools or systems that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

  • Confidentiality & Judgment: Handle highly sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism; identify potential risks and escalate issues appropriately.

About You:

  • 6+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives

  • Proven track record of executive calendar management, including coordination of complex, high-profile meetings both internally and externally

  • Ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and proactively solve operational bottlenecks before they arise.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite, video conferencing tools, and expense reporting systems and purchase order systems like COUPA.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

  • Strong relationship management skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a global organization across different time zones.

  • Strong discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business information.

  • Experience navigating complex, high-pressure situations with grace and agility

The salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
