Orca’s vision is to build a financial system that puts people first. We envision a future where the majority of global financial transactions are driven by CLAMMs and other Decentralized Finance (DeFi) products. Our ambition reaches beyond becoming the leading provider of financial primitives in crypto—we aim to reshape the foundation of finance itself. We are building the next NASDAQ. If you are someone who is tired of just working another job and wants to build something meaningful, then we invite you to join our team.

This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO, with flexibility to support other members of the leadership team. We’re seeking someone eager to grow, yet humble and willing to roll up their sleeves for any task—big or small. The EA will keep the CEO and leadership team organized, ensure priorities move forward, and provide leverage on both day-to-day tasks and strategic projects.

What You’ll Do
  • Executive Support: Attend key meetings, take detailed notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through. Manage the CEO’s calendar and priorities.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the CEO’s liaison with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and progress on priorities.

  • Special Projects: Support or lead ad hoc projects spanning operations, legal, or product.

  • Decision Support: Provide insights, research, and recommendations to help inform leadership decisions.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the CEO’s office.

What You’ll Bring
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive & Humble: A self-starter who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and is comfortable handling administrative tasks.

  • Strong Communicator: Clear and effective in written and verbal communication, across all levels of the company.

  • Discretion & Integrity: Trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.

  • Crypto knowledge: Familiarity with crypto and the Solana ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in an executive assistant, operations, or similar support role.

  • Previous experience at a tech or software company.

What Orca offers
  • Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 USDC (Range for US employees)

  • Token allocation: 10,000 - 20,000 ORCA over 4 years (Range for US employees)

  • Flexible work schedule.

  • Home office stipend.

  • Wellness stipend.

  • Option to work remotely or from Orca’s office in New York City.

  • Paid subscriptions to GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other tools that make you more productive.
