About you
You're an extremely meticulous, seasoned executive partner who thrives in a highly dynamic environment. You're an expert at strategic calendar management and ensure the executives you work with have a balanced schedule. You apply your business acumen to effectively prioritize meetings and work with leaders across 0g to set meaningful context and agendas.
This remote role requires candidates to be based in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
What you’ll accomplish

Prioritize meetings effectively based on business needs

Ensure time for heads down work and personal time is built into the executive’s schedule

Determine context and create pre-reads for key meetings

Support presentation creation

Complete ad hoc strategic projects as needed
What you bring

You’re organized and incredibly detail oriented

You’ve effectively partnered with senior executives in fast paced, highly dynamic environments

You have a strong executive presence and are comfortable interfacing with senior leaders at partner organizations

You’re able to complete a wide range of tasks including everything from organizing travel to updating presentation slides

You have a flexible schedule that enables you to support an executive with frequent global travel

You are fluent in Mandarin, Chinese
