DUTIES: Leading the development, implementation, and production launch of the manufacturing systems, equipment, and tools associated with the program. Drive an intentional culture of collaboration, problem solving, transparency, adaptation, and inclusion that instills a workplace of choice environment. Maintain a physical and psychologically safe work environment. Establish overall group objectives. Train, develop, and evaluate team members. Participate in the selection of new employees. Serve as the communication bridge between Product Engineering, PPO Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Manufacturing organizations. Utilize standard work as defined by GPS Process of Manufacturing Engineering (PoME) to execute program deliverables. Provide technical and program management assistance to achieve program requirements. Oversee the process development, building construction, equipment installation, debug, runoff, validation, and continuous improvement activities required to successfully launch the program. Meet program targets and metrics (Safety, Timing, Budget, and Quality). Provide program capital forecast, tracking, and reporting post equipment delivery. Track and report program status using agile framework, program launch reviews, and leadership reviews.
REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study and Eight (8) years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or related role. Eight (8) years of experience with the following: Project Management; Program Execution; Process Engineering Technical Knowledge; GD&T and Part Print Reading; Qualification and PPAP; Process Flow, PFMEA and Control Plans; and Throughput Improvement Process.
