Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of industry experts to design and develop sophisticated software
  • Work on creating new features on our existing enterprise platform
  • Help drive customer success by debugging and maintaining our software

Requirements

  • 5+ years of VB6 and COM component experience.
  • 5+ years coding experience in C#.
  • 3+ years coding experience in .NET
  • T-SQL, Stored Procedures and SQL Server Management Studio
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Use best practices to document and write quality software. Testing to fail is extremely important.
  • Advanced debugging techniques
  • Resourceful to troubleshooting and finding root cause analysis
  • Working knowledge of
    • Windows Forms applications
    • HTTP and RESTful services
    • Unit Tests / TDD
  • Encourages and accepts personal feedback
  • Ability to translate business goals into user stories to help break a project down into small deliverables for iterative review

Nice To Haves

  • ASP.NET MVC Web Experience
  • Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence platforms
  • Familiarity with best practices for DevOps
  • Experience with techniques for unit test, such as mocks and fakes
  • Commitment to Test-driven Development, continuous integration, and test automation
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Desire to explore new technologies

Compensation:

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000- $120,000 per year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
