EverCommerce is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Operations team. You will play a key role in consulting with subsidiaries on operational initiatives and helping them run as efficiently as possible.
You:
You are a salesforce administrator who has experience in project management. You are passionate about proactively identifying business problems and developing updated processes and platforms to resolve them. You have a data first mentality and strong understanding of how to navigate relational databases. You’re a skilled and organized communicator who has no problem driving long term projects through to completion. You believe people and processes are just as important as the product you deliver.
Responsibilities:
Support the BizOps leader in leading the current state evaluation of our subsidiary businesses and lead the process and systems documentation efforts
Support the BizOps leader in developing the project scope for consolidating multiple operations into one tech-stack, contributing ideas and proposed solutions
Own your project action items and support our Project Managers in maintaining detailed project plans for each transformation effort
Co-author administrative best practices, and frameworks for implementing and maintaining those best practices across the portfolio
Provide administrative support and development bandwidth across varying platforms in the following categories:
CRMs (Salesforce)
Sales Enablement solutions (SalesLoft, Outreach, InsideSales, etc.)
Support Platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
Project Management (TaskRay)
SFDC Flows
Basic Qualifications:
You have 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, power user, or other related database ownership experience.
Other Qualifications:
You’re comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and energized by meeting short-term business demands
You have excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary
You have worked in an agile environment or with software development products like JIRA and their equivalent
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with customer support, implementation teams, and customer success teams are a plus
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office, or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
